Our aluminum doors are designed and built in our Pocahontas, Arkansas, plant and are specifically engineered for modular homes and offices, portable buildings, cargo trailers and metal structures. The doors are made using heavy duty aluminum framing and have many features that are shown below. Delta Door (DD) Series Heavy Duty Extruded Aluminum Door with Continuous Hinge Engineered for the Portable Building Industry Click here for printable brochure
The DD Series door is engineered for a mobile home or portable building and is constructed with painted embossed aluminum and fiberglass panels in (4) standard colors: white, off-white/cream, tan or gray.
DD Series	Windows: All door windows are tempered glass. 10" x 10" Bronze, 22" x 36" White Nine Lite, 10" x 10" White, 22" x 36" White Half Lite. 4" x 24" Brown, 4" x 24" White. Locksets: Orion commercial grade or residential, Master-Keyed Lever Sets, Deadbolts and Standard Door Locks. Accessories include safety chains, thresholds and drip caps.	Continuous Hinge
Features of the DD Series Aluminum Door include: Pocahontas Aluminum can manufacture doors using two processes: Using Polystyrene beadboard insulation as the core and applying two skins to each side with a hot melt polyurethane adhesive. Building a "shell" with two skins and extrusion frames and then bonding the door together with polyurethane foam (foam injection). The Continuous hinge provides a stronger connection point between the door and outside frame. Solid rigid foam with 1" treated siderails waterproof PVC at top and bottom to prevent warping and deterioration. Extruded aluminum surround and outer frame with welded corners. Bulb vinyl inner seal and bulb vinyl dust seal for weatherization. Satin chrome aluminum lockset with dead locking latch 2 3/4" backset. For large openings this door is available in double wides. Note: The 200 Series and MD-200 Series door is the same as the 100 Series and MD-100 Series with a redesigned inner and outer frame which more easily adapts to meet handicap threshold requirements.

The heavy duty MD-100 Series is constructed with embossed aluminum and fiberglass panels available in (4) standard colors: white, off-white/cream, tan or gray.

Features of the MD-100 modular building door include: Solid Polystyrene core with solid wood frame covered with 1/8" Hardboard sheet Hardboard panel bonded to each side of core for added strength. 8" metal kickplate laminated and fastened with screws to interior surface. Two extra steel hinges added for support.

MD-300 Series extra heavy duty extruded aluminum door      The MD-300 Series is ADA-approved and is available in white, off-white/cream, tan and gray painted embossed steel, aluminum and fiberglass panels. Accessories include safety chains, thresholds and drip caps.

The 300 Series Steel Door has a 24-gauge steel surface, foamed-in place, polyurethane core which is attached to an aluminum frame with heavy-duty steel hinges and a 1/2" high aluminum threshold. Standard size is 36" x 80" but the door is also available in double wides with a locking aluminum astragal. This door complies with ADA standards. Also available with heavy duty MD series (MD-300).

Windows: All door windows are tempered glass.

Outside frame: Extra heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame which also serves as an integral jamb. Depth 3 ½".
Smooth surface prime coat.
Edge preparation: Two 1" x 2 3/4" mortised lock and deadbolt cutouts, 5 1/2" on center. Cover provided for deadbolt cutout.
Core will accommodate door locks and dead bolts with 2 3/4" backset.
Available in 24-gauge with blocking to accommodate door closures and panic bars.
Several window styles available.

200 Series Heavy Duty Extruded Aluminum Door Engineered for the Modular Building Industry (ADA- Approved) The 200 Series is ADA-approved and is engineered for a mobile home building. It has the same features as the 100 Series but has a redesigned inner and outer frame which more easily adapts to meet handicap threshold requirements. It is constructed with painted embossed steel, aluminum and fiberglass panels in white, cream, tan or gray. Window and lockset selection is same as 100 Series. Also available in the heavy-duty MD-200 Series.

The 300 Series door is heavy duty inside and outside. Constructed with painted embossed aluminum and fiberglass panels available in white, off-white/cream, tan and gray.
	Windows: All door windows are tempered glass. 10" x 10" Bronze, 22" x 36" White Nine Lite, 10" x 10" White, 22" x 36" White Half Lite 4" x 24" Brown, 4" x 24" White. Locksets: Orion commercial grade or residential, Master-Keyed lever sets, deadbolts and standard door locks. Accessories include safety chains, thresholds and drip caps.
Features include: Polystyrene beadboard insulation core or blown in polyurethane foam. Inside frame: Heavy-duty extruded aluminum channel with mitercut corners. Outside frame: Extra heavy-duty extruded aluminum frame which also serves as an integral jamb. Depth 3 ½". Each door has a built-in threshold and an interchangeable snap cap to allow right handed or left handed swing. Pre-punched surface mounting flange for easy installation.

The Cargo Series is available in standard and special sizes, or select the Double Door Cargo Series. The outside smooth aluminum is available in white, red or black. Inside fiberglass colors are white, off-white/cream, gray, tan and white smooth. Features include: Heavy-duty aluminum surround welded at the corners. Solid lumber constructed core to accommodate strap hinges and cam-type door locks. Smooth aluminum finish outside with metal or fiberglass inside. Single and double doors available.

The 300 Series Concession door has an extra heavy duty 3-1/2" extruded aluminum frame and is available with an optional integrated concession window with multiple opening options.
